Manish Goel co-founded Vista Wealth Consultants along with his brother, Ashish Goel. He is an aggressive yet people friendly, strong headed yet soft-hearted, a professional yet great in relationship building, first generation entrepreneur. An engineer by qualification, he is known to be the heart of the organization. Having a technical background, he has an eye for detailing yet providing very simple solutions. He has also studied in IIMA and has been a very vital contributory in taking Vista Wealth to the level where it is today.
People know him not only for his expertise in advice but also for helping others for their personal requirements. Maintaining a perfect work-life balance, he also counsels the investors and other people how to do so. His understanding of people’s requirement is very sharp and carries a nag for going out of the way to help being comfortable in their lives. A very much socially active person, he has very clear priorities to set out professional goals as well. A firm believer in identifying and planning for future goals, he believes in doing that first before suggesting it to others. He has been instrumental in team bonding in Vista and on his face value, team members still feel strong and motivated to contribute to the growth of the company for as long as last 18-20 years.
